stairway leads you from the parking area to Sapphire Breeze's front
door, and the beginning of another world. The first of many arched
French doors and windows, each measuring nine and one-half feet
high, beckon you to enter.
Eclectic, fun touches are everywhere, from the colorful laughing
sprite in the corner, to the whimsical lamps.
There's a complete video library, books, Satellite TV, VCR, and
stereo.
Just outside is a beautiful tiled dining table which comfortably
seats eight, and even more in a pinch. The upper deck at Sapphire
Breeze has both shaded and unshaded lounging areas.
Inside, there are casual dining areas, a convenient kitchen bar...and
the fully equipped kichen itself. Tucked into a corner behind doors,
there's a convenient laundry area for guests' use.
The large infinity edge pool has a stationary swim jet for fun and
exercise. An 8-foot high waterfall adds visual excitement. Pool
lights and a wet bar are final touches.
Both bedrooms have full glass walls on two sides to maximize the
spectacular view. The arched french doors along both walls can close
as screen doors, or as glass doors to use the air conditioner.
The second bedroom on this level overlooks the jacuzzi deck, with
a king sized bed which can be split into twins. The adjoining bathroom
has two doors - providing inside access to this bedroom for late
night kitchen snacks.
Its 1300 square foot upper wrap-around deck is also furnished with
a hot tub and an abundance of deck seating, taking advantage of
the spectacular views of this timeless paradise.
There is nothing better than leisurely post-sunset time in the spa!
This poolside bedroom suite has a full bath and is furnished with
a king sized bed and a tropical marine motif.
Loft
In
the loft area, the bedroom features a unique eight-foot wide three-sided
dormer with custom shades. The queen sized bed fits perfectly in
this aerial perch. Two couches are spread out across a spacious
sitting area, which is separated by a spiral stair case from a full
bathroom.
Studio
That's
not all there is to Sapphire Breeze. There's an entire lower living
level too, accessed by a spiral staircase from the covered main
deck!
The six-hundred square foot lower deck is a an open-air living space,
complete with lounge area and a beautifully tiled wet-bar.
Behind the wet-bar, artwork gives way to this memorable underwater
window. Watch happinings in the swimming pool above while you relax
in a bar stool with your beverage of choice!
At Sapphire Breeze, there are plenty of comfortable spaces to relax
and enjoy while looking out at spectacular views!
Across the lower deck, there's a 600 square foot studio apartment.The
apartment has a complete kitchen and living area and is completely
air conditioned.
The bi-level apartment boasts twin beds that can be turned into
a king bed. And, the shower is fully enclosed with spectacular hand-crafted
tiles.
There's even a small outer deck area on the lower level that's open
to the sunlight, with a little seating nook that's perfect for morning
coffee.
This little spot is perfect for early morning coffee or evening
cocktails overlooking picturesque pink clouds. Some days, you can
even see St. Croix almost 50 miles distant.
