people above 8, an additional fee of $200 will be charged per
person, per week. Rates are based on a 7 day rental. Christmas
is a minimum 10 day stay. Stay may begin or end on any day of
the week. Repeat guests receive a 10% discount. Stays longer than
one week are prorated. Stays shorter than a week are prorated
with a surcharge added.

| Deposits
are non-refundable unless the villa is able to be re-rented. If the villa
is re-rented, the deposit less a handling charge of 20% of the total
deposit will be refunded. |
